Eddie helped sell my first house in the spring of 2013. I was referred to Eddie by a coworker and would refer him to anyone looking for one of the best realtors in the area. A few things came up during the home inspection, and my stress level was running high. Eddie took time away from his personal activities to calm me down, explained the situation and possible outcomes, and gave his recommendation on how to proceed. This review is long overdue -- my apologies! Anyway, Eddie simply represents the best of his craft. I could go on an on about communication (he's always there for you), honesty (reviews both selling and purchasing contracts line by line with you), his superb knowledge of the city, and all the services Eddie offers.

Instead, here's my experience with Eddie and you can judge for yourself... an agent prior to reaching out to Eddie held my listing for 6 months. He didn't do much and wouldn't let me out of the contract when the seller/agent relationship soured. After over 50 showings in 6 months, I received only 2 offers and neither of them were serious. I contracted with Eddie as soon as I got out of my old contract. I took advantage of the 10K and certified pre-owned services Eddie offers. 36 hours after my house went on the market again, I had three offers and one for more than the asking price (which of course I accepted). I should also note all this activity occurred over a holiday weekend.

In the future, whenever I have a real estate-related need, Eddie is the first and only person I will ever call -- and to whomever reads this review, you should too! Thanks Eddie!
